The service
Expo is desktop software provided together with an optional hosted backend. During the beta it is provided free of charge and without a service level commitment.
Acceptable use
You may not use Expo to record people who have not been told that recording is happening, where the law where you are requires you to tell them.
You may not use Expo to build a competing transcription service out of its output, or to circumvent the usage limits of your plan.
Your content
Your conversations, transcripts and notes remain yours. We claim no licence to them beyond what is needed to provide the service you asked for.
Availability during the beta
Features may change or be withdrawn while Expo is in beta. We will give notice before removing anything people rely on.
Liability
Expo produces machine generated transcripts and summaries. They can be wrong. Decisions you take on the basis of them remain yours.
