Design an interface that sits on top of someone else’s screen and never gets in the way.
About the role
Expo is mostly overlay. A launcher, a dock, a response window and a notes view. Every one of them has to be legible in a second and forgettable the rest of the time.
What you will do
- Own the overlay surfaces end to end, from flow to final pixels.
- Make capture state unmistakable without making it loud.
- Keep the desktop app and the web console speaking one visual language.
- Prototype in the real app rather than in a static file.
What we are looking for
- A portfolio with software in it, not just screens.
- You are comfortable in code, at least enough to read it.
- You have designed something dense and made it feel calm.
- Interest in the privacy side of this problem, not just the surface.
